Awakening the Sovereign Self™ Transformational 1:1 Course Offering

From Fragmentation to Integration
A One on One Transformational Experience

Beneath our strategies, beneath our roles and beneath our adaptations lies our Sovereign, Authentic Self — Our Home.  This is a steady presence within us who is — wise, aware, internally guided and knows how to stay present ! It is the part of us that can witness our thoughts without being ruled by them, feel our emotions and the emotions of others without drowning in them, listen inwardly and not only recognize truth, but embody it. Move forward in life,  able to make decisions with confidence, self trust and energetic and spiritual awareness.

Sovereignty is not isolation. It is not emotional armor. It is not detachment. It is rooted in presence. It is the integration of our intuitive, receptive nature with our grounded, directive strength. The union of inner knowing and embodied action. Our yin integrating and aligning beautifully with our yang.  It is not the”  I got this on my own, I don’t need you “ independent self 'nor is it the unsure, dysregulated, codependent self.  It is the interdependent self who knows that self awareness and spiritual alignment come first and aligned action and conscious relationship come second.

Why Fragmentation Happens
Before sovereignty, there was survival. As children, we cannot regulate caregivers. We cannot stabilize emotional unpredictability. We cannot choose the environment we are born into,  so the nervous system adapts.
It quietly asks:
Who must I become to stay safe? To stay loved? To belong? A strategy forms and a role emerges and a subpart takes shape. We do not fragment because we are flawed. We fragment because we are intelligent. Anxiety. Perfectionism. Rebellion. Withdrawal. Over-giving. Shrinking. Competing. Controlling. These are not character defects. They are protective roles once necessary for attachment and safety. But what once protected you can quietly begin to lead you. Sovereign Integration restores leadership to the Self.

The Eight Subparts of Fragmentation™
(An Original Framework by Cynthia Spiece)
Through years of intuitive work, energetic observation, and embodied integration, eight consistent protective roles were revealed in working with my clients
1.   The Performer - “ I am worthy if I impress.“
       Gift: Expression, charisma, creativity
2.   The Controller-Protector - “If I stay in control, I will be safe.”
       Gift: Discernment, strategy, leadership.
3.   The Escapist  - “It is safer to disappear.”
       Gift: Sensitivity, imagination, depth.
4.  The Rebel - “You cannot control me.”
      Gift: Courage, independence, innovation.
5.  The Diminisher - “If I shine, I will be rejected.”
      Gift: Compassion, humility, insight.
6.  The Status Seeker - “My value must be proven.”
      Gift: Drive, ambition, vision.
7.  The Pleaser - “If I disappoint, I lose love.”
      Gift: Empathy, harmony-building, relational intelligence.
8.  The Innocent One (Original Essence) - The unguarded core.
      Gift: Authenticity, purity, wonder.

These are not personality labels. They are survival states. Sovereign Integration does not eliminate these parts, It integrates them. We don’t embody all eight subparts equally, we typically develop two or three to a high level of proficiency - earning our masters degree in them shall we say. ;-) When we are triggered or feel the least bit threatened we will move into either fight, flight, freeze or fawn states and then the dominate parts become our modus operandi.
When the Sovereign Self leads:
The Performer becomes authentic expression.
The Controller / Protector becomes grounded discernment without rigidity.
The Escapist becomes spacious presence without disappearance.
The Rebel becomes conscious strength.
The Diminisher becomes becomes confident visibility without shame
The Status Seeker becomes purposeful ambition without comparison
The Pleaser becomes compassion without self-erasure.
The Innocent One becomes embodied authenticity without naivety
Fragmentation softens into coherence. Coherence stabilizes your nervous system. A stabilized nervous system shifts your frequency and frequency reorganizes experience.

How This Work Is Different
This is not traditional talk therapy. This is integrative, energetic recalibration. Although many therapeutic systems explore inner parts or subconscious dynamics, the Sovereign Self Integration Model™ moves beyond analysis alone. It weaves together psychological awareness, frequency alignment, intuitive guidance, energy recalibration, and nervous system integration. Rather than simply naming patterns, we work directly with the energetic signature beneath them — allowing belief, body, and frequency to reorganize into coherence and integration, freeing us into a whole new vibration and knowing of who we are. The Sovereign, Authentic Self. The home we have been seeking the entire time here on planet earth.

Three Pathways Into Sovereignty - Description and price breakdown...
Awakening the Sovereign Self™ is offered through three structured integration containers. Each pathway is complete. The difference is scope and depth — not quality.

I am coming to Sedona again in March ( like the 3rd to the 11th if you want an Intuitive Reading and ALSO offering this AUTOMATIC WRITING WORKSHOP !  It will be a Conscious Streaming Experience ! Of course !

Have you ever had the sense that you already know the answer… but your mind keeps talking over it?

Automatic writing is a gentle, grounded practice that helps quiet the analytical mind so your own inner wisdom can come through. It’s about learning how to listen more deeply to the wisdom and messages that want to communicate with you and reveal insights-direction and guidance!

In this workshop, I’ll guide you into a calm, focused state where the nervous system settles and insight can arise without force or effort. Using simple prompts and a supportive environment, you’ll learn how to let your pen move without overthinking, editing, or judging what comes through. What emerges is often clarity, perspective, emotional truth, and guidance that feels surprisingly familiar — because it’s already within you.

No experience is necessary. You don’t need to be “intuitive,” a writer, or spiritually trained. You just need curiosity, a pen, and a willingness to slow down.

This is a spacious, contemporary experience designed to help you reconnect with your own intuitive intelligence — in a way that feels safe, natural, and empowering.

From the Piscean Age to the Aquarian Age — An Inner Revolution

10/21/2025

We are living through one of the greatest energetic transitions humanity has ever known. The crossing point between the Piscean Age and the Aquarian Age. The Piscean Age has been teaching us through hierarchy, illusion, and dependence on authority. It reflected a collective belief in separation, a world divided into leaders and followers, saviors and sinners, worthy and unworthy. This old paradigm has run its course. It's served its purpose.  It is no longer aligned with where consciousness is now moving to. This does not mean that the Piscean age was all shadow. Like every astrological age, it holds both light and dark. Yet for the purpose of this writing, the focus will be on the significance of it's shadow aspects.

The Aquarian Age calls us home to something radically different: sovereign unity,  love,  compassion, and freedom through conscious awareness. It asks that we awaken from the dream of division and remember that everything we see outside ourselves is a mirror of what still lives within. This is the sacred Hermetic truth: Law of Correspondence - As Within, So Without.

Click here if you want to know more > Understanding the Law of Correspondence

As we move toward the need for more freedom and truth, the shadow must first reveal itself. This is where it gets sticky and very challenging because it's a tough task to emerge from the safe cocoon of codependency and "the known and safe" (even if a level of abuse is being tolerated) and allow ourselves to fly as a free and sovereign spirit. Becoming a sovereign, empowered being means learning how to navigate life, relationships and love through interdependence not codependency. It takes courage to trust the open air of freedom after living within the confines and comfort of familiar restraint and the protective walls of the known. Moreover, the patience we must summon during this great transition can feel exhausting– but will be well worth it once we are on the other side of this.   We may not witness its full unfolding in this incarnation, for these shifts move through cycles of collective awakening. The momentum builds as more souls seek the truth, embody compassion, and reflect the higher consciousness that this Aquarian frequency is calling forth.  We cannot allow this to deter us from continuing our focus and sacred inner work. Every shift in energy, I believe, reverberates across timelines and dimensions, touching far more than just our Earthly experience. Furthermore, we must take into consideration the generations that will follow us, for they will indeed be living within the vibration and frequency we leave behind— just as we are living with-in the frequency of what we've been left with —from our own family constellations and past generations.

If you want to read more about this click here - The Legacy of Unfinished Business

And so, before we can fully embody compassion, we have to witness its opposite. Before we can return to truth, we have to be shown the distortion.

Transformation always teaches through contrast—it reveals what is unhealed so that we can remember what is truthful, whole and good. That is why the mirror we are now seeing has entered center stage shooting it's own shit out of a rocket over the very people that it is suppose to be working for. Projecting its own chaos onto a country it was meant to serve.  Working tirelessly to attack, discredit,  punish and even destroy all that do not align with its ideas and beliefs. Yet, it is not as a savior or a villain, but as a magnified reflection of the wounded sub-parts within the collective psyche: the unhealed ego, the hungry and hurt child that never felt seen, heard, loved or enough. A brash protector and controller. An overcompensating subpart born from a deep sense of unworthiness.  In this way, it embodies the shadow of the Piscean Age: blind devotion to hierarchy and authority, illusion mistaken for truth, mystery clouded by fear and misinterpretation, dependence on external saviors serving as powerful examples of immaturity and  recklessness.

This has become the mirror through which we can no longer look away. Because what we see 'out there' is what remains unhealed  in here.” A deep inner part of us that intuits the connection of the outer landscape of our life with our inner state of being.  May we allow this unrest to awaken within the courage to act, reform and heal our inner shadow aspects.

This transition from the energetic frequency of the Piscean Age to that of the Aquarian Age, marks a profound turning point and will occur whether we are in denial or not. It is going to happen through individual awakenings and an even deeper desire for integration on a personal, as well as, global level — through seeing what was and is now split off, then naming it, and reclaiming our power from it.

When we own our inner divide — the parts that judge, criticize, perform, dominate, separate, divide, run or hide — we dissolve the outer projection that gave them form. The collective world reconfigures itself around the healing happening within us. This is evolution in real time.  A revolution made manifest.

Yet compassion does not mean complacency. To have compassion for the fragmented self — whether in a politician, a neighbor, or our own inner wounded part — is not to excuse its harm. Compassion is not weakness. Compassion means we see clearly, we understand deeply, and we act consciously. It means we set boundaries that protect what is sacred. It means we stand and march for love, for integrity, for truth — not against a person, but for a vibration that is no longer fragmented but aligned, kind and whole.

Compassion says:
“I will not hate you, but I will not enable you.”

“I will see the innocence beneath your distortion, but I will not let your distortion lead, sabotage or destroy.”

“I will remember your wholeness, even if you’ve forgotten it, but I will not sacrifice my own to remind you.”

"I will not fight you but I will not bow down to you and your illusory idea that you are in control"

To move into the Aquarian Age is to reclaim spiritual maturity. It is to recognize that the fragmented and the whole exist side by side, and our role is not to destroy one, but to integrate both. The work begins within — tending to the fractured sub-selves that once felt unloved, unseen, unsafe, unworthy — and as we bring them back into coherence, the outer world will eventually mirror that healing.

But for now as we transition through this hard passage from these two Ages we must come home to ourselves –

From judgment to compassion.
From fear to love.
From fragmentation to unity.
Remembering we were never truly divided — only forgetting how to see ourselves whole.

This is our collective wake-up call. It invites each of us to heal the same sense of “not enough” within ourselves and to remember our unity.  It must start with us, through: our individual inner dialogue and commitment to healing our own inner division. The commitment to this work means investing time to meet our shadowed aspects of self — the individual fragmented and hidden subparts of the wounded ego that are longing to be seen and integrated.  As more hearts embrace this sacred reunion with-in, the collective vibrations reorganizes and rises to reflect the same.

Again......As With-In, So With-Out.

So keep marching, healing, integrating and believing in a self (you), a community,  a country and a world —that one day knows peace.

Hit me up if you want to learn more about how to integrate your own wounded subparts that may be sabotaging your peace and progress. I have an introductory special that currently gives you 15% off.

Riding the Mystery Wave

8/7/2025

Life was never meant to be understood — it was meant to be a mystery.

Think about it. Why is the veil down? Why are there so many unanswered questions? Was it really designed to confuse us or perhaps provide us with the opportunity to develop trust, the ability to surrender and ride the wave of mystery.

We live in a world addicted to understanding. We analyze,  dissect,  decode,  label,  judge and grasp. We want the why, the when, the how. We want the timeline,  the blueprint,  the map.   We create agendas and storylines, expectations that give us an illusion of control.  But here’s the thing no one tells us:

Life is not a puzzle to be solved.  It is a mystery to move through. To enjoy, to savor and to embrace.

It’s not a problem to fix or a riddle to crack. It’s not something to pin down or predict. It’s not a reward for doing it “right” or a punishment for getting it “wrong.” Life is a sacred, unfolding mystery. And we were never meant to master it. We were meant to meet it—with an open mind and open heart.

We were meant to dance with the unknown. To allow the mystery to move through and around us. To greet each joy, sorrow, and disappointment with humble curiosity instead of resistance.

To ask ourselves quietly,

“Isn’t this interesting?”

“What might I learn from this?”

“Why have I called this in?”

“What is this mystery trying to reveal to me?”

We weren’t sent here to figure it all out. We were sent here to feel it all. To taste what it means to be human. To stumble through the dark and discover light. To hold moments we never saw coming with love. To soften into the experiences we don’t yet understand.

And sometimes… that’s the part that hurts.

Pain comes over us when we try to cling to what was only meant to pass through. When we grasp at moments, things,  people,  outcomes—hoping to lock them in place. Keep them as they are.  But the mystery can’t be held hostage and it doesn’t want to be solved like a puzzle.

It’s too wild and too sacred for that and so are we. It wants our peace, our understanding and our trust that the unexpected shifts have a purpose and depth beyond our small perspectives.

The beauty in this is that everything we have ever loved was never meant in the holding of it but embracing the mystery of it.  It was in the being.

We weren’t broken when things changed or left us. We were being asked to embrace the unknown and lean into what wants to be revealed. The sadness creeps in when we forget that even the pain belongs. Even the detours have purpose. Even the endings are encoded invitations.

What if we stopped asking, “Why is this happening to me?” And started asking, “What is this trying to show me?” What message might be hidden beneath the discomfort? How might I use this to bring more clarity, peace, love and wisdom to myself and others?

Allowing the mystery to run through us and the not-knowing stretch us even further. Let it make creatives of us. Seekers and listeners. Because here’s the sacred truth: Even our pain is part of the mystery. Even our confusion is our compass. Even the moments that make no sense… are actually messengers and a big part of the mystery that yearns for us to play within it. Our need to manage people, outcomes, and timelines snuffs out the magic that is here for the taking. May we allow ourselves to feel safe enough here to surrender our addictions to control.  May we understand that a feeling of safety is an invention of our own making.

We aren’t here to be punished or to suffer.

We are here to realize there is a way to live that goes beyond survival and invites us into expansion. Let’s meet the mystery and the magic.  Let’s move with it, honor it.  May we learn to say, “I may not know what this is yet, but I trust it came for a reason and my resistance will only cause me to suffer more.  ”

Now...may we surrender to the unfolding, knowing that every step, circumstance, incident, association and event is carrying us and those we love to exactly where we/they are meant to be.  That there is a mysterious order of providence running through the veins of our lives. And that perhaps we were never supposed to understand it all while here in physical form.  May we get more and more comfortable at  Riding The Mystery Wave.

Peace IN !

Choosing From Our Worth, Not Our Wound...

...another long one...for the future book.

Healing the Core Wounds: From Childhood Lockdown to Conscious Liberation
By Cynthia Spiece | Re-Imagine That! | YourVibeMatters.com

We all carry echoes of past pain tucked quietly inside our energy fields—whispers from moments we couldn’t fully process or speak aloud. They come from early caretakers, siblings, teachers, even friends. And while our adult lives may look completely different on the surface, the energetic and emotional imprints from those formative wounds can still be running the show underneath. One of the greatest illusions of childhood is that we had no choice.

And in many ways, we didn’t.

We were small. Dependent. Tuned in and wide open. And in those tender moments when we felt unseen, unheard, dismissed, or even abandoned, we locked in a pattern of emotional response that would go on to shape how we relate to others—unless and until we choose to rewire it.

The Wound Will Revisit You… Until It’s Rewritten

Let me share a story with you—one that reflects how subtle and sneaky our old patterns can be. A client of mine was experiencing ongoing frustration with her mother. Her mom, well-meaning and generous, would regularly come over to “help” in the cleaning of my clients home, as the client had expressed to her mother how overwhelmed she felt in trying to keep up with everything. But instead of relieving stress, her mother would unintentionally create more of it - tidying one area while making a mess in another and not cleaning up. Going overboard reorganizing drawers and cabinets but forgetting the basics that needed to be done.  My client would come home exhausted from work only to find another mess to clean up—created by the very person who was trying to ease her burden. It was triggering, irritating, and emotionally exhausting. She didn’t know how to stop it without causing a rift.

Here’s what I told her:

“Let it go. Let your mom have the drawers and her way of helping. This is your mother’s way of showing love. And the more you focus on how wrong or messy it is, the more that wrongness will expand. " We get more of what we are focusing and feeling remember? That is how the universe delivers the goods. So I felt it was imperative for her to  redirect her attention. Focus her energy where it’s actually needed— a creative work project that she had been putting off and needed to be done, in her spare time.  Let her soul have a win, a sense of order and drop the frustration energy. ” She shifted. She stopped resisting her mother’s attempts to help and focused her awareness elsewhere. (so vital) She gave herself what she was really longing for: energetic space.

And what happened?

Her mom stopped coming over as often, as other things started to demand her time and she told her she would no longer be able to help. Without the energetic charge of resistance from my client, the irritation dissolved and situation transformed to one of her liking.

But here’s the plot twist:

The moment my client made peace with this, a new trigger emerged—this time through romantic partners. A transfer happened and this is typical. A healing wants to occur so we bring ourselves opportunities to continue doing the work and the pattern won't leave us alone until we attend to it. Doesn’t mean we will but we would be wise to, in order to feel the type of freedom we have been yearning for in our associations and relationships.

Anyway, men she dated began confusing her, not being consistent and emotionally unavailable echoing the deeper imprint of grief and abandonment that had never fully been felt from her early life in her dysfunctional relationship with her mother. This is how the wound speaks--it shape-shifts through circumstance, but the frequency stays the same… until we meet it with love and liberation.  It was at this point that she had to really look at these situations and see that there was a common denominator. The mother that was now tending to her house cleaning was not always this caring and available in the past.  It was from her, that my clients first feelings of being neglected, not respected, and emotional inconsistency was somewhat the norm.  So it was at this point that she could see clearly how the unavailable and inconsistent men gig had actually been manifested.  The lights came on. Through her own belief. Her own past experience. Her own entrainment. Now she was ready to dig in to transform it.

What Was Once Imprinted Becomes Repeated

What we experienced as children—especially if it came with strong emotions and no resolution—becomes the blueprint for how we believe we are to be treated. That blueprint becomes the vibrational set-point for our reality. If we learned that love meant inconsistency, neglect, over-responsibility, guilt,  invisibility or manipulation we will unconsciously seek out those patterns as adults—not because we want to suffer, but because it feels familiar. Known. Strangely safe. This is why we might find ourself attracting unavailable, critical, manipulative, overly dependent, avoidant, or even disrespectful partners or associations again and again.

And this is why they may feel so compelling even when they’re not healthy. It’s not just a poor choice—it’s a somatic addiction to a pattern we’ve known our whole life. In fact, brain science confirms that trauma bonding and intermittent reinforcement (being loved one day and ignored the next) activates the same neural pathways as drug addiction. So when we start to break the pattern, we might feel like we’re “losing” something—even though we’re actually gaining ourself.

Standing in the Pattern Is the Power to Shift It
The moment we begin to see the loop—recognize that “this isn’t love, this is the wound playing itself out again”—we are holding the key to the prison door.

This is our get out of jail card.

Not necessarily to leave the relationship—but to change how we respond within it. Sometimes when we stop feeding the dysfunction—stop people-pleasing, over-apologizing, tolerating what hurts—the other person may no longer recognize us. They may pull away.

Why?

Because their role depended on our wound. And if we’re no longer available for the pain pattern, the dynamic has to change… or end. But this is freedom. This is choice. This is where we step into the sacred sovereignty of our adult self.

Wounding Begins in Powerlessness. Healing Begins in Choice.

As children, we didn’t get to choose who raised us. We didn’t get to change the household culture or rewrite the unspoken emotional rules.

We adapted.
We contorted.
We numbed.
We stayed silent.
We survived.
But the beauty of adulthood—the sacred turning point—is that we’re no longer locked in that emotional prison.
We can choose.
We can speak.
We can feel.
….And when we do… we begin to rewire our nervous system and reclaim our worth.

Feeling to Heal: The Power of Somatic Release

True healing is not just mental.
It is emotional.
It is cellular.
It is somatic.
The body remembers what the mind forgets. So when we finally allow ourselves to feel the grief, rage, sorrow, disappointment, or longing associated with our past, we unlock the trapped energy that has been silently driving our behaviors.
“The body keeps the score.”—Dr. Bessel van der Kolk. Also a book.

When we cry, shake, yell, breathe, or move through a somatic practice with intention, we are not just “releasing emotions.” We are rewriting the nervous system. We are teaching the body that it is safe now.

Safe to speak.
Safe to feel.
Safe to choose differently.

In fact, we must. Because the unprocessed wound doesn’t disappear. It lives in the body. It gets triggered in relationships and associations. It speaks in our nervous system. And eventually, it whispers into our physical health. True story.

According to research from the ACE (Adverse Childhood Experiences) study, individuals with higher levels of early trauma are at significantly greater risk of developing chronic illness later in life. This includes heart disease, autoimmune conditions, digestive issues, and mental health disorders like anxiety or depression. Unfelt feelings don’t vanish—they embed. Issues in our tissues for sure man! Another reason to work out past pains.

The Wounded Inner Child vs. the Wise Adult Self
Healing isn’t linear. One day, you may respond with mature self-worth and clarity. The next, you may feel like the same five-year-old who wasn’t chosen, wasn’t heard, wasn’t held.

That’s okay.

The key is this:
We must keep choosing from our wise adult self. That self who knows what love feels like. Who knows what’s healthy. The part of us that has a good grip on the truth of the situation, the one that uses left ( logic ) and right ( intuitive knowing ) brain integration to either change perspectives or walk away from dynamics that dishonor our truth. Because if we don’t… we’ll keep choosing people, patterns, and partners who reflect our wound instead of our worth.

A Loving Reframe
So many of us are afraid to feel the anger toward our parents or authority figures. We believe it’s disrespectful or “unspiritual.” We also have deep entrainment that family is the end all.  But here’s a sacred truth: Forgiveness does not require bypassing the truth. It requires honoring it. It’s okay to be angry. It’s okay to grieve what you didn’t get. And it’s more than okay—it’s powerful—to choose something different now. A different perspective, a different idea, a different way to respond or a different path.

Re-Imagine That!
The universe responds not just to our words, but to our focus and feeling. When we shift our energy from lack to alignment, from irritation to acceptance to what is, the situation often resolves itself—or reveals the deeper thread asking for our attention. Remembering that acceptance to what is does not mean losing our boundaries or compromising our values. It means, this is what is and I now get to make a choice as to what I want to put my focus on, knowing I will create more of that. I get to choose how I do my life and it is not dictated by this situation. I am not a child that has no choice anymore, I am an adult now and can choose to feel, and do what honors what I need and how I know I deserve to be treated.

We are then no longer the child without options.
We are the sacred architect of our emotional reality.
Finally allowing ourselves to feel what was unfelt.
Letting ourselves choose what was once un acceptable.

And in doing so, you rewrite the story. RE-Imagine Our World. Contribute to the healing of our linage.

Reflection Prompts
  • What relationships still carry emotional charge in your system?
  • Where do you feel “locked in” like you have no choice?
  • What would your wise adult self say to your younger self in those moments?
  • Can you name and feel the emotions you never got to feel?
  • What choices can you make today that reflect freedom, not fear?
  • Are there patterns in your romantic or personal life that feel addictive, even though they’re not loving?

Final Word
Your healing doesn’t need to be perfect. It needs to be honest.
Layer by layer.
Tear by tear.
Choice by choice.
This is sacred work. And you’re doing it.
As Rumi once said:
“The wound is the place where the Light enters you.”

Go ahead, feel the fear but….Tell that Light to Come On In!

The Paradigm Shift Upon Us

7/23/2025

Picture
There’s a collective shift happening on the planet, and many of us are feeling it. We’re standing in a space between what once was and what is now emerging—a new way of being, rooted not in fear or survival, but in coherence, truth, unity and collective cooperation.
But how do we know where we are on the path? Below is the difference between the two states of consciousness. These two worlds not only show themselves within but we are also experiencing the vast difference in our "without" world.

Have you noticed?

The old paradigm is governed by a third-dimensional frequency. It’s built on fear, scarcity, competition, control, manipulation and separation. When we're caught in this energy, we're likely operating from our egoic identity—constantly seeking validation through status, power, or material gain.
In this framework:

• Success is defined by how much money we make, how much power we hold, or how much external recognition we receive.

• Relationships tend to be rooted in control, dependency, or trauma-bonding, addiction, jealousy, idolization and drama. They often feel draining, manipulative, or toxic.

• Spirituality becomes performative or bypassing. There may be worship of external deities, gurus, or dogmas—often rooted in hierarchy, shame or guilt.

• Our nervous system is dysregulated. We live in a loop of fight, flight, freeze, or fawn. Burnout, anxiety, or chronic depletion may feel normal.

This paradigm is built on surviving—not thriving. Even spiritual practices can become distorted here, disconnected from embodiment and inner sovereignty.

As we begin to rise out of the density of the old structures, we awaken into a more coherent frequency—what many call the 4D bridge into higher consciousness. This is the realm of heart-centered awareness, inner knowing, and soul alignment.

In this upgraded way of living:

• Success is redefined as fulfillment. It comes through alignment with our soul, being of service, and feeling free—in addition to feeling financially abundant.

• Relationships are conscious, sovereign, and built on compassion, kindness and love—not fear and control. We bring our whole self, and so does the other. There is space for growth, freedom, and loyalty without control or egoic games.

• Spirituality becomes a direct experience. We no longer seek God outside of ourself—we remember that we are part of the Infinite Source. We embody our divinity, and our connection becomes sacred and sovereign.

• Our nervous system is regulated and grounded. We know how to return to center. Peace, spaciousness, and deep presence guide our days.

This awakened state invites us to live from our essence—not from programming, conditioning, or inherited fear.

Many of us are currently navigating the in-between space. Finding ourself reacting from old patterns, yet also reaching toward something truer—something more aligned with our soul.

It's natural to vacillate between the two.

This transition is sacred and necessary. It’s where our soul grows, where we unlearn, and where we start to remember who we really are. If we're ready to anchor in the awakened paradigm and live in alignment with our Higher Self, here are some essential steps:

1. Heal the Wounds of the Old System
Tend to our trauma. Not just intellectually, but somatically. Breathwork, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed support are key.

2. Choose Love Over Fear
Each time we are triggered, we ask ourselves: “Am I responding from fear or love?” Choosing love again and again will recalibrate our entire field.

3. Remember We are of Divine Origin
We are not separate from Source. We are not broken. We are a divine emanation of the Infinite Creator. Reclaim this knowing.

4. Serve From the Heart, Not for the Dollar
This can be one of the most challenging yet liberating steps. Allowing our service to arise from love, not lack. When we follow the truth within our heart, abundance aligns in unexpected ways.

We don’t need to be perfect to shift into higher alignment. We simply need to become aware. Awareness is the doorway. Commitment is the path.
As we transform, remember, and realign, we begin to live from the inside out—anchored in truth, embodying love, and vibrating in harmony with the emerging consciousness on this planet.

We are the bridge between worlds.
We are the new paradigm.
And our vibration truly matters.
That's my two cents for today.

Beneath the Trigger : A Path to Rewire, Transform and Reclaim Your Power

7/3/2025

 Please Note!
*
This is a chapter from my book that I am planning on having finished by the end of 2025. Enjoy.  It's a little long.

Here we gooooooo!
Many times when we are triggered ( angry, hurt, disappointed etc. ) in someone or something, we will want to retaliate.  Taking it a step further,  we may want to retreat or seek revenge in some way.  Bring the person or situation some sort of emotional punishment to feel relief and justification. Other times we may allow inertia to set in. Give up. Lose interest.

The many ways we handle “off “ emotions can usually be reduced down to these four responses. Fight, flight, freeze or fawn.  We can resort to these intentionally, but sometimes the subconscious mind will kick in and we will  have these negative responses without being fully aware of how we are giving the payback or even self sabotaging our joy.

From my experience, I have found that there
are layers to these responses—it doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it’s silent and strategic, other times impulsive and explosive. Think of it like energetic packaging: small, medium, or large, depending on how threatened our inner/ outer wound feels.” We may choose a quiet withdrawal or a dramatic mic drop. The deeper the wound, the bigger the reaction.  But first I want to talk about the subconscious mind and how it might take over and see us resorting to emotional weaponry and retaliatory responses.  And like I said, not always with our conscious consent.

By understanding what our subconscious mind is and how it works, we can take an even deeper dive into transforming our shadow aspects. This part of us, our subconscious, records everything.  It is that vast, inner part of our mind operating beneath our level of conscious awareness. The quiet puppeteer behind the curtain. It can hold onto old wounds and ingrained patterns of behavior, which is often why it kicks in without us even realizing it. It's hidden programming can drive reactions that feel automatic, even when they don’t serve us anymore. It’s not out to get us. It’s actually trying to protect us.

Here’s the catch: it only knows how to do that by using outdated instructions from a time when we were wounded, scared, or trying to survive.  This part of us doesn’t operate through logic. It operates through emotional memory, repetition, and energetic imprinting. It soaks up everything—especially the painful, confusing, or formative experiences—and tucks them away like instructions for “how to be safe in this world.”

It”s an giant emotional archive that stores :
  • Emotional imprints (especially from childhood)
  • Beliefs and assumptions about reality
  • Repetitive thought patterns
  • Unprocessed trauma
  • Survival mechanisms
  • Memory, habits, fears, and learned behavior
  • Childhood conditioning
  • Repeated emotional experiences
  • Family dynamics
  • Cultural messages
  • Past lives and soul imprints

After we’ve been hurt, let down, or rejected, our subconscious creates quiet rules and phrases that will come through as our own self talk. When we go through a wounding experience—whether acute (like heartbreak, betrayal) or chronic (like neglect, shame, or control)—our subconscious doesn’t just remember the event, it adapts to it. It also creates quiets rules and guidelines to live by, to keep us safe and secure from any future pain. It says “ this is our internal rulebook, this is how we protect ourselves from now on. ”

These protective mechanisms sound and feel like :
  • “Love equals pain, so don’t get too close.”
  • “If I express myself, I’ll be rejected.”
  • “I must stay in control or I won’t be safe.”
  • “People always leave, so I will be the one to leave first.”
  • “My worth depends on being perfect or useful.”
  • “Don’t trust too much.”
  • “I need to hold back. They’ll leave anyway.”
  • “Love feels like anxiety, not peace.”
  • “I have to earn your worth.”
  • “I must keep people happy, or I’ll be alone.”
  • “Life is hard or too much.”
  • “The harder I work the luckier I get.“
  • “My worth equates to my bank account."
  • “My worth equates to how I look and what I have.”
  • “I need to have it all figured out before I make a move/change.”
  • “I need another class, workshop, more training, certification, then I will    be  qualified.”

And on and on the list goes.

It records everything, especially during times of emotional intensity—because it’s not analytical, it’s protective and reactive. And it’s operating about 90–95% of the time, running the majority of our behaviors, reactions, and even feelings, as our background operating system.  It will start running automatic patterns when a situation feels even remotely similar to past wounding. This is what I call a  “past wound overlay." It doesn’t care if we're successful or in love or have pretty wheels—it cares if we’re safe, according to its outdated definition of safety. The subconscious is like the soul’s memory bank in this incarnation—housing karmic imprints, family templates, this life and past life trauma’s. It’s not that we’re weak or unaware—it’s that our subconscious is hijacking our conscious desires in the name of survival. Until these desires are brought into conscious awareness, the subconscious will keep recreating the same emotional “themes,” hoping we will finally learn, resolve and transform them. It’s not our enemy—it’s the protector of our past.

It’s the reason we may:
  • Keep attracting emotionally unavailable people.
  • Shut down when things get too intimate.
  • Self-sabotage when joy or success starts to bloom.
  • Feel reactive, angry, or frozen—and not know why.
  • Pull away when love feels too real.
  • Lash out ( retaliate or seek revenge ) when we get pissed or hurt.
  • Shut down in conflict. Loose our voice.
  • Attract similar relationship dynamics again and again.
  • Self-sabotage when we don’t want to.
  • Resort to freeze, take flight ( leave ), fight or fawn ( fall into people-pleasing. )

Our internal GPS is stuck on the same ole' map: it keeps taking us through backroads we thought we’d outgrown. It says: “You survived last time by shutting down, by pushing people away, by disappearing, by arguing and fighting, by over giving. Let’s do that again shall we?  Let’s not risk something new please, I've had enough ” So even when our conscious mind says, “I want real love,” our subconscious might whisper, “But real love feels dangerous.” “ I want connection but our subconscious might whisper “ I can’t trust groups of people.“ “I want more money“ but subconscious whispers“ “It will be too much work and I’m not sure if I know how. “More exercise“ “I’m too out of shape to even start. “  You get the idea. Stuck as Fuck.  (pardon my Portuguese)

In spiritual terms, our subconscious is the soul’s storage room. It holds the echoes of our karma, the voice of our inner child, the patterns of our ancestors, and the vows our heart once made to stay safe.  But we’re not meant to live forever inside those old contracts. We came to rewrite them. Our subconscious is powerful. But our conscious awareness—our presence, our light, our soul—is even more powerful. The moment we bring loving awareness to an old pattern, we’re not just changing our story—we’re changing our vibration. And once our vibration changes, we then are effecting change and amping up the vibrational frequency of the entire world.  Check This Out for Scientific Proof !

Carl Jung said,
“Until we make the unconscious conscious, it will direct our life and we will call it fate.”

I believe that this quote is an invitation into how deep we may want to really know ourselves. As Victims of Our Circumstance or As Creators of Our Reality ? When we look at our life as fated, because we have allowed ourselves to be led by our unconscious programing, then we are  saying I am a victim of my programming,  are we not?

Let's transform this shall we?

Healing The Subconscious Begins When You:

1 - Notice the Pattern – Awareness is the first portal. We can’t change what we’re not aware of. The very first step in healing the subconscious is recognizing the loop you’re in.
            Ask yourself:
  • “Where in my life am I feeling stuck or triggered again and again?”
  • “What do I keep attracting or experiencing that feels familiar—but    painful?”
  • “Is this reaction really about the present, or is it echoing something from
the past?” Close your eyes and see if a scene from the past shows itself       to you.
Awareness breaks the spell.  Journaling, dream tracking, intuitive listening, and pattern mapping are powerful tools to reveal what’s repeating. As part of my work with my business, RE-Imagine That!,  I help clients by gently intuiting into the energetic architecture beneath their current emotional noise.

2 - Name the Origin – “Where did I learn this? Who modeled this for me?” Track it back to it’s roots.
       This means asking:
  • “Where and when did I first feel this way?”
  • “Who modeled this for me?”
  • “What was happening in my life when this belief took root?”

Tracking is soul retrieval. It’s how we reclaim the younger self who made a decision out of fear, abandonment, or rejection—and never updated it.  For some, this means revisiting childhood, teenage years, and the experiences of pain and deep imprinting that we have had up to now, that has created the most wounding with-in us. Naming the origin gives the wound a voice—and when it’s witnessed,  it begins to soften and be open for transformation.

3 - Validate the Inner Wound - Honoring our younger self’s emotional logic. So many of our reactions aren’t coming from our wise adult selves—they’re coming from the younger self, still carrying unmet needs, unresolved grief, or frozen fear. That younger self is part of the ego structure, and the ego is a sub - personality / subpart within the subconscious mind , whose job it is to protect us, at all costs.  And don't forget it's Y O U N G E R and a bit stuck there. I speak often of these subparts in my work, as they hold insightful keys into why we do what we do, say what we say and feel like we feel.  Healing doesn’t mean shaming the ego. It means:
  • Listening to what that younger self needed.
  • Honoring it’s voice, fears, and desires.
  • Saying: “You make sense. I see why you did what you did, thought what you thought, felt like you felt” to our younger self.

In my Intuitive Therapy sessions, I guide clients into sacred dialoguing with the inner child, using visualization, somatic awareness, and offer my Healing the Memories Meditation to create safety for integration. This step is essential. It’s the difference between bypassing and true healing.

4 - Rewire with Intention – Introduce new beliefs, behaviors, and learning on how to set compassionate boundaries, instead of acting in retaliation, revenge or retreating.  Now that the pattern has been seen, traced, and honored— we can rewire. Rewiring means forming new neural pathways—repetitive thoughts, feelings, and actions that eventually override the old code.

This includes:
  • Practicing new beliefs and affirmations that match the reality you want to create.
  • Embodying safety in a new way (deep breath work, grounding, nervous system work, setting up safer systems through community,  people etc.
  • Setting boundaries—because most retaliation, revenge and regret and a whole lot of other downer emotions arise from the inability to set clear and compassionate energetic and emotional limits.

Often, when we retaliate,  allow ourselves to go into the amygdala driven responses ( flight, fight, freeze or fawn) because we don’t know how to pause, speak our truth, or say no with love. We’ve been taught to prioritize other’s approval over our own inner truth, leaving us disconnected from our sacred values and needs.  This requires us to revisit what are values truly are and what it is we truly need, otherwise we will just keep pointing the finger at others and making them the problem.

In my Intuitive Therapy work and sometimes in my other offerings, I guide you in energetic boundary-setting, vocal release, and value determination work. In addition I can guide you in RE-Imagining You! through a custom guided visualization / meditation or my Flight, Fight, Freeze & Fawn to Freedom Meditation when you are in high stress and can't get out.  These meditations help imprint the subconscious with a new internal identity and reality. You can’t just delete the old program—you have to replace it.  Like computer, files, the old file must be written over with something new, intentional, and empowering.

5 - Practice Until Embodied – Repetition, ritual, somatic healing, and visualization help the new pattern take root. Transformation / Healing  isn’t a one-time realization. It’s a sacred practice. It’s the consistent choosing of a new path—creating new neuronets in the brain until it you become the you that you have been waiting on. This is how the subconscious accepts the new program:
  • Daily repetition of empowering thoughts.
  • Rituals that anchor safety and self-worth.
  • Somatic healing that involves the body—not just the mind.
  • Visualization that helps the brain and nervous system believe it’s real.
  • Affirmations, journaling, energy work, embodiment practices

This is the spiritual gym. It’s not about perfection. It’s about repetition with deep compassion and commitment to our conscious up leveling. The more we practice the new pattern, the weaker the old one becomes—until eventually, it breaks and the new supportive pattern ( thought, feeling, belief ) takes form.

Choosing Peace Over Pistols

6/22/2025

Picture
Being a person of peace isn’t always soft. And it's not only about developing stillness, peaceful chants and marches, and banging on the bowls. Sometimes peace feels like standing barefoot in a battlefield, refusing to pick up a weapon—while arrows fly all around you. And right now, many of us are asking the deeper questions:

How do I stay in peace when I feel like my life, or the lives of others, are truly at risk?

How do I not retaliate when I’m being threatened?

When is protection aligned and when is it fear in disguise?

Definitely the deeper dive kinda questions some of us crystal lickers, peacemakers or curious and quiet change makers are asking ourselves this morning. Here is my two cents.

Peace is not passive. Peace doesn’t mean we let ourselves be walked over, abused, or destroyed. Boundries when used - not to separate but to amp up frequency, can bring radical change. Peace also doesn’t mean we meet violence with more violence and call it God’s will. When someone threatens our safety—whether it’s a person, a government, or an entire system—our first instinct is to protect. That’s human. That’s survival. And it’s not wrong to want to protect our home, our people, our life. But when fear becomes the dominant voice… it distorts clarity. And when we react out of that fear,  we often become what we were trying to prevent. Truth with a capitol T. And it happens many times without us noticing what we have become.

Retaliation gives the illusion of control. It makes us feel like we’re doing something. But retaliation rooted in fear only creates more harm. It doesn’t heal. It doesn’t shift the relationship or the system. It is puffed up and forceful righteousness, at its finest. It just replays the wound on a different screen. Over and over and over again.

From a spiritual perspective, we are always being asked to choose:
•  Am I acting from alignment, or from reactivity?
•  Is this action rooted in clarity, or in chaos?
• Am I protecting life, or just playing out the same trauma on someone else?

Sometimes the hardest thing we can do is pause. Not freeze. Not ignore. But pause before action. Peace asks us to be warriors of presence. To listen before reacting. To feel the fear, but not follow it into destruction. To take action when necessary, but from a state of grounded discernment, not panic or vengeance but from a place of "what would love do now. " Peace is not ignoring reality. It’s responding to reality with higher awareness and higher frequency and that expanded frequency can actually create miraculous change. Our patience is necessary though.

Choosing peace when threatened doesn’t mean being naïve. It means refusing to be hypnotized by the cycle of harm. It’s understanding that our presence—our anchored, awake, discerning presence—is a bigger disruption to the system than any retaliation could ever be, even though it feels much softer and weaker. Don't ever think that love, which is soft and sometimes appears weak, doesn't heal in seconds flat. I've seen it and I bet you have too.

And sometimes, yes, our physical life may be on the line or our creature comforts are being threatened. But our soul is eternal and we must not forget that. Peace is the frequency that protects not just our body, but our being.
* May we stay awake in the face of fear.
* May we listen for truth underneath the noise.
* May we act not out of threat, but out of alignment.
* May we remember that peace isn’t the absence of danger
* May we refuse the right vs wrong arguments
* May we make decisions and take peaceful action for ourself, our family and our communities that will ensure even more calm and peace despite the present danger.
* May we ask always " What would love do now ? "

This is the presence of Providence within us, standing in the middle of this current mess.
This is a razor’s edge. No doubt.
The more difficult of all assignments I believe, because it requires the dismantling of our own forceful, controlling and scared to death ego.
May we bring our peace to this disaster and not our pistols.
Peace IN!

Trusting the Detour

Hi there RE-Imaginers!

I have been doing a lot of intuitive sessions lately where I'm hearing a lot of  clients saying " the rug has been pulled out from under me.  I sure as hell did not expect this, what's in my future and where do I go from here? "

This energy theme is all over the place right now.

This is A shake up - to wake up cycle.  We are going through this in a very profound and noticeable way. Personally and globally. This being the case, I wanted to write something that might help us re-imagine how we proceed with the sudden changes, forcing us to explore different perspectives.

I feel pretty qualified to speak on this, as I have had the rug pulled out so, so many times over the course of my life. I have had to navigate my way out of the intense emotional reactions over which I felt I had no control.    I also have had to do an immense amount of work to finally allow my life to unfold with ease instead of struggle. Long way to get here and a lot of  unloading of old programs and beliefs. I truly and wholeheartedly feel that absolute surrender and the understanding that a much larger, divinely orchestrated plan, is key to allowing our best life to come forward.  It is super important to me to share what I have learned. Hopefully you can avoid some of the painful knocks and find freedom sooner.

ALSO....Big freakin' thank you to my clients ! You continually spur me to new downloaded streams of thought and myself for actually taking the time to get this down somewhere in writing instead of letting it just file itself in some  " will do later " file. ;- )

When Life Hands You a No, A Detour or Any Unexpected Plot Twist, Think on These Things...

Sometimes an experience shows up not because it was meant to happen, but because it was meant to unlock buried emotional energy: grief, shame, old disappointments, unspoken fears. Break us open. These moments are not just logistical—they’re somatic. The body, heart, and soul are calling for release. A clearing.  We sense the time has come to unload the old emotion, belief, idea or story that's overlaying onto the current situation. Our job is to first see that there is a current overlay going on ( if there is. ) We need to feel these deep, low frequency emotions, so that they can run through us and move out of us.  Gotta feel it to heal it.  It also may have come to show us that a different path is waiting for us.  First we must let go of the current level of comfort that we are getting from this thing that is slipping through our fingers or no longer making us happy.

This disappointments and heartbreaks come as quiet invitations. They are telling us to finally let go of something deep that has been festering and affecting us, aching for release.  It’s through this process that we begin to understand the difference between chasing safety, security and power, versus living from trust. We may think we are--choosing or losing a house, a job, a relationship, a path. Perhaps we are being pushed by a force of a greater intelligence, to aid us in looking at our addictions to security, safety or power. Not true soul alignment.  Not inner resonance. Just an ancient need to feel safe, often born from childhood or even lifetimes before.  The small self holds tightly to what it can "GET" not what it can "GIVE  or LEARN"  in order to expand.

Here’s the paradox:
Real safety does not come from controlling outcomes.
Real safety comes from remembering that we are already held by a divine source, greater than any person, place or thing.

We are living inside a divine program. We are here in a body, on purpose. We cannot miss what is meant for us, and we cannot be truly harmed—not in the eternal sense.

We are consciousness, continually transforming.
This can be our invitation to higher consciousness.

It is the invitation to surrender the story. To stop gripping. To give the heavy tasks, the impossible timelines, the emotional burdens—to the Universal Manager. / Source.  To only give our attention to what feels light, inspired, joyful. There are plenty of teachings out there—like those through Abraham-Hicks—that remind us: the less resistance, the faster the alignment. As Wayne Dyer stated, what we resist will persist. The less control, the more flow. The more joy, the clearer the path.

Desire doesn’t have to be wrapped in a dramatic saga or deep narratives with lots of story and struggle. In fact that will actually block FLOW.  We don’t need to suffer our way into receiving. The most magnetic energy we can emit is EASE. So when the “no” arrives—through closed doors, broken things, unexpected delays—it may not be punishment. It may be the moment when grace steps in.

What feels like failure is often divine redirection.
What looks like a dead end is often a soul-led invitation to heal.

Will we respond to the invitation and how?

There is a relationship, a house, a dream, a path that is aligned. But we find it not by chasing safety—We find it by coming home to ourselves. We are not behind. We are always becoming. The Universe is always working with us and for us, if we will but surrender our agenda’s and expectations and go for a more fully aligned and truthful life. It always brings us the perfect and right situations, people and events. Ones that are aligned for not only ourselves, but for the whole, as well. IT knows exactly what it’s doing and all of the moving parts involved.  It’s intelligence and intuitive love and empathy far exceeds any current touch me, feel me, feel good, thing on this planet. It is a miraculous energy of Divine Providence and when we allow it to merge with ours, is unmistakable and undeniable.  All it needs is a clear intention from us, the belief that anything is possible, and our refusal to let our minds dwell on the objections and obstacles and just trust in this sacred partnership. Oh and a few fun things on our To Do List.

Many of us do not have the courage nor the willingness to be this vulnerable to allow ourselves to step into this space and that is Ok. But if we are at the end, the very end of all our small minds agenda’s, plans, intense need for safety, control,  security, and power, perhaps this may be of help to you and something you want to give a whirl.

LET GO and LET GOD, as they say….and go out there and play in the field of gratitude and presence and doing the things you enjoy, yes, you must take action, but presence also, to bring in your dream and watch how what you are wanting, easily and effortlessly shows up without the help of the inner analyst and inner micromanager, who may be trying to run the show.

Since we as humans have such strong tendencies to be run by are old programs  based on our need for safety, control and security, I have provided below the the things we can control and the things might be wise if we let go of.

What things do we have control of?
Our attitudes, opinions and beliefs
How we feel
Our response to others
What happens with-in us
How we speak to and treat others
Where we give our time, energy and attention
How we let other people and their opinions, actions or side-eyes effect us
The boundaries we set with ourself and others

What are we not in control of?
What others think of us
How others feel and behave
How others react
Other peoples attitude's, perceptions and beliefs
Other peoples boundaries
What happens around us

Once we get very clear on this and only work on what we truly have control of,
( the top 8 ) and go to work on those, coupled with a high vibrational mood I might add, that is what truly pulls in the life and dreams we have been waiting on.

Anyway. That’s my 2 cent’s for today…Trust the freakin' detour !

Please remember.
All ideologies that I express in my work have been chosen by sifting and selecting information that feels Intuitively spot on to me. My lifelong passion and obsession with all things transformational has seen me in many different situations in life, as well as, studying and applying many different spiritual, religious and inspirational modalities. I do not ask or expect that you take these ideas and beliefs on as your own. I ask that you only take from my work, what feels like a hit for you intuitively, pitch the rest and keep moving toward your Peace, Presence and Power.  This will change the world. One person at a time.
