Sometimes we sense something dark has moved into our space or thoughts and these sessions work wonders on clearing and cutting all energetic cords, holds and bindings. A feeling of relief and freedom is typically the result of this ritual and it takes approximately thirty minutes from start to finish.

Empower Yourself as an Empath
July 16, 2023 Sedona, AZ "I attended the Empower Yourself as an Empath Workshop in Sedona in April 2023. I was somewhat nervous and unsure if I actually 'belonged' in such a workshop. Wasn't this for diehard intuitive 'real' readers???, I kept asking myself. I am certainly NOT that. In fact, I am certainly not anywhere close to that. But, I knew from experience Cynthia is the most thoughtful reader, meditation leader, and beautiful friend. Even though I was all kinds of doubtful, I was many more kinds of trusting in the knowledge that if anyone can help me learn and become more aware of my intuition it would be Cynthia. So, off I went to the workshop. It was playful, interesting, open-ended, and just plain fun.
