You Are The Energetic Architect of Your Reality

Energy is the most powerful currency in existence—it far exceeds money, social status, or external achievements. It determines the condition and quality of our life. We are not speaking of the kind of physical energy that involves stamina or physical vitality, but rather the vibration we emit through our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and habitual ways of perceiving reality. It is the frequency that influences everything we attract, create and experience in our lives.

The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like.  At a deeper level, it is not only about feeling and thinking happy, dippin'-dappy thoughts—it is about the coherence and frequency of our entire energy field. This field consists of our subconscious beliefs and programs, as well as, our emotional and physical habits and patterns of behavior. What we are doing, speaking and feeling Every. Flippin. Day. Our individual field of energy is made up of these components, which then communicates with the collective field of consciousness and attracts more of the same to us.  It is law, in my opinion.  

​Dr. Bruce Lipton, a cell biologist, has done amazing research in helping us understand epigenetics and how from the ages of 0-7 years of age, our primary beliefs systems and subconscious programs have largely been established. This is due to the fact that the brainwave states at those ages are in delta and theta, which are the most hypnotic and programable of all states of consciousness. This will explain why it can be so challenging to shift out of these old programs and thought patterns. So back to our own energy systems. This field, your unique subtle energy body, is also connected to a network of frequencies connecting all beings.  Your energy and the collective's is always in direct conversation with divine intelligence—whether we call it Source, God, the Quantum Field, or Universal Consciousness. When we deeply understand this, we move from being passive participants in life, to conscious creators. As dedicated creators of our reality, we no longer allow ourselves to feel as though we are victims of our circumstances.  Every thought, feeling, belief and word is an act of creation, shaping our external world before it materializes. This is why holding emotions of fear is a risky place to come from. Giving a little more understanding to the familiar scripture "For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me" - Job 3:25.  Think and feel fear, angst or worry about something means we are giving it a higher probability of being  experienced in our reality.  Hold the feeling of belief in what we want, not fear, and this will shift the energy in the direction of expansiveness, which creates desired realities. The key to mastering this process in energetic alignment is by bringing our frequency into harmony, by feeling that we already are living or have, what it is we desire. It is also not all about obtaining just the shiny, pretty material goods, but rather creating a vision of how we want to be living life in our relationships, business, finances, family, etc.  Far too much time can be spent sitting in the emotions and thoughts of "what isn't, where is it and why isn't it here yet? "  It takes work to retrain the brain not to entertain these types of thought/feel defaults. Patience and time spent observing our own thoughts is required. Meditation and presence work is extremely helpful as well. 

I feel, Divine Intelligence is a magnificent multiplier of our feelings and will always give us back more opportunities to experience these same emotions ( whichever ones we choose to dwell on. ) Not always in ways we prefer, if we have been emitting denser, more contracted ones. Source  doesn't interfere with our choice of what we get to think or feel, it only " creates more of . " I happen to think we have been given the wrong information about this Divine Intelligence, Source, God,  as some of us had early teachings that denoted a character ( God, Jesus, whomever ) that was passing out the goods based on stellar performance. I do not agree with this indoctrination and feel there is more to this story.  In my life and in the lives of those I have witnessed, no amount of stellar performance kept hurtful, unfair and sometimes god-awful experiences at bay.  I feel what's really happening is that this Divine Providence has so much unconditional love for us that it gave us free will to choose whatever we want to feel and think, offering us the opportunity to experience our own power,  its power though us and the consequence of what these emotions will bring about in our life.  Then it multiplies and offers us " more and like  " circumstances that will bring about even more of the same emotions and consequence.  This being the act of love shown to us by our mother/father God.  Isn't this what we do with our own children, or hope to do if codependency isn't driving the parental bus? This is why we must be very aware of what we are thinking, that is giving us the feels. Source responds and multiplies the feels.  This is how I have determined this magnificent multiplier works.  This being my own ideology briefly explains to me how law of attraction is just an extension of the understanding and working's of God. 

The Unseen Field That Governs Reality.
Many dismiss energy work as intangible or unscientific, yet both physics and biology reveal that energy fields are real and impactful.  Quantum physics shows that everything is energy. At the subatomic level, particles do not have fixed locations; they exist in a state of probability until observed. This suggests that consciousness itself influences reality. Every thought and emotion we hold carries a frequency, just as sound waves and electromagnetic waves do. Dr. Masaru Emoto’s water experiments demonstrated that emotions and intentions physically alter molecular structures—water exposed to love and gratitude (expansive vibes) formed beautiful crystalline structures, while water exposed to fear, and anger, (contractive vibes) became disordered.  Given that the human body is over 70% water, this means our inner world is constantly shaping our physical form and our external experiences. The Human Energy Field: The Aura and Its Influence
The energy field that extends beyond our physical body—often called the aura or subtle energy body—is an extension of our consciousness. It is the unseen part of us that others feel before they even hear us speak.   Studies in kinesiology reveal that thoughts of anger, doubt, fear, jealousy or overwhelm, weaken the body’s energy field, while thoughts of confidence, joy and clarity and calm strengthen it.  Muscle testing will actually show how by holding certain thoughts or things, the body responds in strength or weakness depending on what the thoughts/things may be. Oh, and how about this, the body responds to weakness when told a lie even though the person is not aware that it is a lie and the same goes for being told a truth, the body will respond accordingly and know it as truth.  It is an interesting work and I have provided a link below if you want to scope it out. 

​Everything we experience in life—our relationships, financial state, business success, and basic structure of living is affected by the condition of our field. This may also better explain why,  in my work,  I am so focused on making sure my clients take-a-way, from our sessions, produce a feeling of more clarity, focus and insight. It clears and expands the field, making attraction of what is desired, easier to obtain.  

The Core Layers of Energy Creation
To fully harness becoming a better architect of our reality, we must understand how energy flows from thought to physical manifestation:

1. Beliefs (The Foundation) – The deepest layer of our reality-creation process. Our long-held beliefs—especially subconscious ones—set the tone for our entire vibration. This is a great place to decide what kind of beliefs would one have to embrace, in order to experience what we are wanting to create.
2. Thought Patterns – Our habitual ways of thinking reinforce or challenge our beliefs. This is another place to think about what kind of thoughts a person has who has created what we are desiring.
3. Emotions (The Fuel) – Emotion is energy in motion. Feelings give thoughts power and magnetism, determining the strength of our vibrational signal. This is a great place to construct our vision of what we want to create and then swim in all those good feelings of what it might be like to actually live in the vision. We now have deposited positivity into our vibrational escrow account, and the turn of good feels will begin to change the manifestation. 
4. Action (The Embodiment) – Action is how energy is anchored into physical reality. Aligned action reinforces the energetic signature we wish to cultivate. This a a great place to review what actions might a person take each day, who has achieved that thing we are wanting to see in our world.
5. Non-Attachment / Surrender - by practicing not being attached to outcomes and current or future situations and bringing an " isn't that interesting " approach to each circumstance that starts to flow into our field,  we are then providing an open, energetic invitation  for the  " new  " to manifest. Surrendering to whatever is happening and not bringing an energy of resistance.  For what we resist will always persist. Hand it over to Source ( the universal manager ) to work out all the details to bringing what we want into form. This or something better is a good affirmation when doing this work. 

​This powerful combination will fuel a whole new pattern and the old patterns of manifesting the " same " will be met with a completely new energy, aiming you at what you want, not what you don't.  Most of us try to change our reality by waiting or getting others or things outside of ourselves to change, without shifting our own energy, at the belief and emotional level,  first.  Results are many times temporary. This is why I feel it is more powerful to "create the shift within" our own field  (emotions, belief and thought structures), where we are wanting to see change. This, then will create change on the outside, which will be a closer match to what we are wanting to see in our world. Many times, without all the difficulty, hard work, frustration and sometimes expense, that getting the outside to change first creates. This also requires a large amount of surrender of our ego's needs and desires. That is why we don't typically resort to this first, when trying to create change.  By becoming aware of our energetic state and consciously shifting it, we step into our full creative power. We are not just passive participants in life; we then become The Architects of Our Personal Reality !
