We Be Weaving Our Dreams!
You’ll experience a beautiful sound healing with Deb Gauld-Lash, followed by a guided walk through the forest to gently open your creative channels and reconnect you to nature’s rhythm. Cynthia will then share a transformative talk on how to weave your dreams into tangible reality—offering insight, inspiration, and practical tools for conscious creation.

Together, you’ll complete an art project of your choice—crafting a sun catcher or a dream catcher—inside the fabulous magic yurt nestled in the Flagstaff mountains.
Oh and what about the beautiful souls you will meet and raise your vibes with ?
All supplies are included; just bring your open heart and imagination.

I am coming to Sedona again in March ( like the 3rd to the 11th if you want an Intuitive Reading and ALSO offering this AUTOMATIC WRITING WORKSHOP !  It will be a Conscious Streaming Experience ! Of course ! 

Have you ever had the sense that you already know the answer… but your mind keeps talking over it?

Automatic writing is a gentle, grounded practice that helps quiet the analytical mind so your own inner wisdom can come through. It’s about learning how to listen more deeply to the wisdom and messages that want to communicate with you and reveal insights-direction and guidance!

In this workshop, I’ll guide you into a calm, focused state where the nervous system settles and insight can arise without force or effort. Using simple prompts and a supportive environment, you’ll learn how to let your pen move without overthinking, editing, or judging what comes through. What emerges is often clarity, perspective, emotional truth, and guidance that feels surprisingly familiar — because it’s already within you.

No experience is necessary. You don’t need to be “intuitive,” a writer, or spiritually trained. You just need curiosity, a pen, and a willingness to slow down.

This is a spacious, contemporary experience designed to help you reconnect with your own intuitive intelligence — in a way that feels safe, natural, and empowering.
